Packing machine IP01
The IPO1 envelop machine is designed for pneumatic compression and heat‑sealing of nylon bags used for duvets, blankets, quilts, and similar items. This process reduces the product’s natural volume, making storage easier while protecting it from external agents. Thanks to its compact size (700 × 1100 × 1400 mm), the machine can be placed conveniently in various workspaces. The required bags must have the following specifications: 800 × 1100 mm, with a thickness of approximately 95 microns.

HOW TO USE IT
Work Phases
1st Phase: Insert the duvet into the plastic bag (recommended size 800x1100 mm with 95-micron thickness). SEE IMG PHASE 1.
2nd Phase: Insert the bag into the machine. SEE IMG PHASE 2.
3rd Phase: Press pedal E (closing). SEE IMG PHASE 3.
4th Phase: Lift the control panel to the vertical position using the black handle, press button D, and wait for the buzzer indicating that the sealing process is complete. SEE IMG PHASE 4.
5th Phase: Press pedal E (opening) and remove the duvet from the machine. SEE IMG PHASE 5.
